Jana Shrum, has been promoted to Location Manager of our Tomball location. Jana has lived in Tomball since she was eleven years old. At the age of seventeen, she began working in the collision repair industry as an office assistant and progressed her way into management. She has been married to Jeremy Shrum for seven years and they have a ten year old son, Robbie. Jana joined our Service King Family in August of 2010 as a Service Advisor and has been dedicated to help our growth in Houston. She is a team leader and has the ability to motivate and build rapport with internal and external customers.
Jana is replacing our current Tomball Location Manager, Todd Novara. Todd and his family moved to Houston 3 years ago as Service King entered the Houston market. During Todd’s stay here in Houston he performed in many roles, from Assistant Manager duties in Copperfield, to opening our Katy Location as Location Manager, to helping in our continued growth at our Tomball facility. Todd has always been committed to our organization and has played a key role in Service King Houston’s growth and success over the past 3 years. We will miss you Todd, but I know our DFW market is glad to have you back home! Thank you for everything you helped us accomplish here in Houston, and good luck in your continued success !

Colby Bruce, has transferred to our Pearland location as the Location Manager. Colby is married to Bethanne Bruce and they have two children. He has been in the collision business for 23yrs. He grew up here in the Houston area, but moved to Tyler, Texas. He worked there 13 years before relocating back to Houston, and joining our Service King Family in December of 2010. Colby progressed through the ranks quickly and has excelled in all positions, such as Service Advisor, Assistant Manager, and Location Manager. With his strong team building skills and dedication to Service King, he will be a vital element in our continued growth.
Clint Risinger, has been promoted to Location Manager of Service King Copperfield. Clint joined our SK Family in April 2012 as a Manager Intern and has worked at our Spring location in numerous roles in his short time with our organization. Clint began his collision repair career at a small independent body shop in 1992, and worked at Brock’s Collision for 4+ years before making his home at Fred Haas Toyota for the past 8 years. He is married to Michelle Risinger and they have a 6 year old daughter named Brook. We are excited about the experience and knowledge he brings to Service King and to his new position, as Clint has already become a great addition to our Houston Management Team in a very short time.
Brendan Jordan has accepted the role of Location Manager – SK81(Leander). Brendan was part of the Austin acquisition, and has been with B&B/Service King since June of 2008. In his career, he has held various positions within the company; Production Manager, Service Advisor , Assistant Manager – just to name a few. Brendan’s hard work and managing experience has put him into this great new position. Not only are we proud of Brendan’s accomplishments, but so is his wife Tina. Congrats, Brendan!
David Schwartz will be transferring to SK87(Georgetown) to be the Location Manager. Georgetown will be the 50th Service King in Texas! David started with B&B/Service King in May of 2011, and has managed the location in Leander ever since. His outstanding success has given him the opportunity to take on a new location, where we are sure he will do a wonderful job. David has been in the industry since 2004. He recently worked for Heritage as a location Manager and has worked for Geico Insurance in the past. David is married to Lindsey and has two children Ben and Molly. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching his son play soccer and attending his daughter’s dance recitals. Congrats, David!
Nancy Navarro has been promoted to Administrative Assistant of the South Texas Support Team. Nancy also joins us as part of the acquisition of Austin B&B, and has been with Service King since April of 2007. Nancy worked as an Office Coordinator at SK84(S. Austin) and most recently as a Service Advisor Intern. Nancy’s wonderful customer service and her willingness to learn and help others, has put her into this new role. Nancy is married to Eric and has a daughter named Kaylee. She as well as David, enjoys spending time with her family and attending her daughter’s dance recitals. Congratulations, Nancy!
Jesse Johnson is new to the Service King team. He was hired on as Assistant Manager of SK83(N.Lamar). Jesse comes to Service King from Continental, where he worked for 4 years as a Service Advisor. However, Jesse does have some background with B&B team, he worked as the location manager at N. Lamar from 2001-2004. In 2004, he transferred to open and manage Round Rock where he managed that location for a little over a year. Jesse has 3 daughters Ashley, Amy, Andy and one son Austin. He enjoys fishing, boating, pretty much anything that has to do with water. Jesse mentioned, he is glad to be back home. Welcome aboard, Jesse!
