“I am so highly impressed by James at the South Austin location. I had my car in for insurance claim in late June and this past Sunday my car wouldnt start. The battery terminal was corroded and broke off. I called James because I was unsure if that had been incorrectly attached when the repairs done, causing such a fast corrosion. I had it towed to the center, James took a look and personally got the part and fixed it AND had my car washed as it was also dusty. I am on the verge of tears from such amazing service.
