After very recently taking on new role, Bill Rice has again experienced a job change. As we prepare for expansion, and as members of our operations management team are tapped for new opportunities, it has become necessary for us to add a fourth regional manager in DFW. Congratulations are in order for Bill Rice who has just been promoted to regional manager of our South East Region.
Bill has been with Service King since 1993 and has worked in location management, regional management, recruiting and most recently in DFW support center internal operations and CMS/CCC. Bill effortlessly builds lasting relationships with carriers, location and support center management, our teammates, and he has the ability to establish quick rapport with our external customers. His disarming demeanor will serve him very well in his new position.
